Booking & Cancellation
These basic terms apply to booking requests made through maltagotransfers.com.
These terms are intended to be simple, practical, and easy to follow.
1) What a booking is
- A booking request becomes a confirmed booking only after we confirm it via WhatsApp or email.
- If we cannot confirm (for example, due to availability), the booking is not considered accepted.
2) Prices and payments
- Any quoted price is confirmed in the chat before the trip.
- Payment method (if applicable) will be agreed during confirmation.
3) Changes
- If you need to change pickup time, location, or passenger details, message us as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
4) Cancellations
- To cancel, message us via the same channel used for confirmation (WhatsApp or email).
- Please cancel at least 1-2 hours in advance where possible.
- If cancellation is later than that, we may not be able to reassign the driver. We will handle it reasonably on a case-by-case basis.
5) No-show / late pickup
- If you do not arrive at the agreed pickup point, please message us.
- If we cannot reach you after a reasonable time, the trip may be treated as a no-show.
6) Delays and service limitations
- Estimated travel times on the website are approximate.
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, airport conditions, or other factors outside our control.
- We aim to communicate promptly if timing changes affect your pickup.
7) Safety and conduct
- Passengers must follow basic safety instructions.
- We may refuse service in cases of unsafe or abusive behaviour.
